We specialize in carbon steel cookware and also produce cookware products of other materials and purposes.
4.Can you make customized products?
Yes,we can customize products based on your drawings or samples.
5.What is your production capacity?
We have energy-efficient production lines with an annual production capacity of over 5 million pleces.
6.How many employees do you have?How many are technical staff?
We currently have over 50 employees,including 20 craftsmen with over 20 years of experience and 30 technical staff.
7.How do you ensure product quality?
First,we inspect after each production process.For finished products,we conduct 100% inspection according to client requirements and international standards.
8.What are your payment terms?
When quoting,we confirm trade terms (FOB,CFR,CIF,etc.).For bulk orders,a 30%deposit is required before production,and the 70%balance is paid after receiving document copies.The most common method is T/T.L/C is also acceptable.
9.How will the goods be delivered?
We usually ship goods by sea freight.With our well-developed transportation network, delivery to any country is convenient and efficient.For urgent orders,air freight is available.
10.Where are your products mainly exported?
Our products are mainly exported to the USA,Germany,the UK,Australia,Canada,Singapore, and other countries.
